The Foundling’s Early Head Start home-based program operates in Puerto Rico and serves expecting mothers, infants, and toddlers. The program promotes strong parent-child relationships and helps provide high-quality early learning experiences.
Supportive early childhood education services for new and expectant families are critical to setting children up for a lifetime of opportunity. The goal of our Early Head Start program is to prepare young children from underserved communities for school readiness so each may succeed in school and in life beyond school. To achieve this goal, we deliver services to children and families in core areas of early learning, health, and family well-being while engaging parents and caregivers as partners every step of the way.
