Psychological Maltreatment of Children

Currently The New York Foundling Vincent J. Fontana Center is developing a program of research on the topic of psychological maltreatment of children. An extensive literature review was conducted which resulted in two papers.  In addition, a survey study was conducted in collaboration with Dr. Trudy Festinger at New York University. The purpose of the study was to compare several different measures of adult recall of childhood psychological maltreatment.  To date, six papers have been submitted for publication based on these efforts.
